I thought being the leader meant always knowing the next step, solving every problem, and projecting certainty at all times. I struggled to admit my shortcomings to my team because I believed that showing weakness would somehow diminish my credibility.

Over the years, I discovered exactly the opposite is true.

Great leadership is not about having every answer. It is about having the humility to recognize what you know, what you do not know, and being willing to learn from others. Leadership growth begins the moment we stop pretending we have it all figured out.
