  • Am I consistently communicating that vision to my team?

Leg 2: Scalable Systems – The Operational Engine

Even the best leaders can’t scale chaos. Systems are what allow you to deliver excellence consistently. Without them, you're stuck reinventing the wheel, day after day.

Ask yourself:

  • Do we have repeatable processes for core operations like sales, onboarding, and customer service?
  •  Can our systems work without my constant oversight?
  • Are we using tools to automate or streamline where possible?

Leg 3: Engaged People – The Heartbeat of the Business

Your team is not just a cost—they're your biggest asset. A thriving culture, empowered team members, and strong communication fuel high performance.

Ask yourself:

  • Do I have the right people in the right seats?
  •  Do our people feel connected to our mission?
  • Are we investing in team development and engagement?

Now ask: Which leg needs the most attention? That’s where your next opportunity lies.

Remember, you don’t have to fix everything at once. Focus on one area, one system, or one team conversation at a time. Small hinges swing big doors.
